General Service Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The position requires delivering exceptional 5 Star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and ensuring guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair
• Current valid driver's license
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Basic set of tools or participation in Monro's tool purchase program
