Job Description
We are looking for a General Service Technician to perform basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The role requires delivering exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while ensuring that guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair
- Current valid driver's license
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Basic set of tools or participation in Monro's tool purchase program
