Job Description
The Branch Manager is a fully on-site position that oversees store operations, coaches and mentors a team, and fosters a collaborative culture to achieve branch budgetary goals and objectives. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that the branch departments understand and implement company policies and procedures, and make recommendations to the President, CFO, and Operations Director to cultivate a best-in-class branch sales and operations experience.
