Join Monster Energy as a Senior HR Systems Analyst & Integrations Lead and lead the stability, scalability, and integration of the company's HR technology ecosystem. Partner with various departments to ensure seamless system connectivity and accurate data exchange. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration designs.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end HR systems integrations strategy
- Manage application programming interface (APIs), middleware, and secure file transfer protocol (SFTP)
- Act as primary technical lead for integrations across HR Systems, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and third-party SaaS platforms
- Serve as senior administrator for core human capital management (HCM)
- Lead system upgrades, releases, regression testing, and change management activities
- Mentor junior HR Systems Analysts
