Requirements
- Daily operation of the Banquet department
- Acting as a liaison for the hotel and serving as the point of contact for clients during their event
- Assisting with the planning and execution of all banquet events
- Maintaining high standards of service excellence, food quality, and presentation
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and amenities
