Customer Operations Analyst (6 month FTC)

MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency, making it easy for anyone to buy, sell, swap, and pay in digital currencies. We're looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to help deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality support to MoonPay's global customers and partners.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Operations roles within technology-driven companies
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as FinTech, Crypto, Web3, or Consumer Technology
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex issues to customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously
