MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency. We're looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to support stablecoin issuance operations, including minting, burning, and daily reconciliations, and to contribute to operational excellence, payment performance, and data & technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payment operations, financial operations, reconciliation, or accounting (stablecoin or crypto experience is a strong plus)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong operational judgement in high-trust environments
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling disparate data sources
- Strong analytical ability - able to investigate issues, form hypotheses, and validate with data
- Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and escalate effectively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability
