Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing industrial construction team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for proper documentation
• Ensure timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed terms
• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding payment status and inquiries
• Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
