General Manager, Autonomous Vehicle Depot Operations

We're seeking a General Manager for our Autonomous Vehicle Depot Operations in London. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving cost efficiencies, and leading a high-performing team. You'll need 10+ years of experience in operations across EV fleet, logistics, or supply functions.

Requirements

• Strong preference for experience with Kaizen framework and processes
• Analytical mindset and first-rate problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Relevant degree with preference for Fleet/Mobility/Logistics/Engineering/Operations/Operations Management
• Prior team leadership experience with examples of building/growing high-performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Growth-oriented with ability to work autonomously
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship restrictions
