Job Description
The branch manager position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including originating and processing residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with MIG's guidelines and laws, and supervising a sales force of loan originators and support staff.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 4-Year degree (Preferred)
- 10 years management / supervisory experience in a financial field
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), database management and other business applications
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
