Job Description
The branch manager position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including loan origination and processing, personnel management, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 4-Year degree (preferred)
- 10 years management / supervisory experience in a financial field
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and other business applications
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
