Job Description
The Branch Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and laws. The Branch Manager will be responsible for hiring, developing, and supervising a sales force of loan originators and support staff.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent is required, 4-Year degree is preferred
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and other business applications
- Minimum of 10 years management / supervisory experience in a financial field
