Construction Sales Consultant

Construction Sales Consultant responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating new customers, and developing relationships with long-standing customers. The role involves a mix of pre-sale and post-sale responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality buildings to customers and providing a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 2 years sales or account management experience
• 5 years of construction management experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Ability to travel minimally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
