RN Clinic

The RN Clinic role is a licensed registered nurse who delivers direct patient care, care coordination, and health education within an ambulatory community health clinic setting. The position emphasizes patient advocacy, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to quality and safety in the outpatient environment.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, obtain patient histories, monitor vital signs, and provide direct patient care within scope of practice and current competencies, including in-person and telephone triage.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed; provide wound care, assist with minor procedures, and manage urgent walk-in triage.
• Conduct nurse-led visits for chronic disease management, provide patient and family education, and perform patient outreach and follow-up as directed.
