RN Clinic

The RN Clinic role is a licensed registered nurse who delivers direct patient care, care coordination, and health education within an ambulatory community health clinic setting.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct nurse-led visits for chronic disease management
• Utilize standing orders and nursing process to support scheduled nurse-led visits
• Participate in and/or lead team huddles to support care planning and communication
• Provide individualized and group patient and family education
• Perform patient outreach and follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
