The HR Manager will lead the HR team to deliver strategic support on all aspects of people management, ensuring HR is an active partner, trusted advisor, and critical friend to leaders across the business. The role will also involve shaping and delivering the people plan, championing the organizational culture, and positioning HR as a data-driven strategic advisor.
Requirements
- Significant HR leadership experience in complex, multistakeholder environments.
- Deep and current knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience leading complex ER matters end to end.
- Track record of elevating HR to a strategic, trusted partner.
- Experience leading and developing HRBPs/advisors; setting standards and building capability.
- Strong policy ownership and governance mindset; demonstrable horizon scanning and implementation for legislative change.
- Data confident: able to draw insight from people MI to influence decisions.
