Motion is creating the command center for creative strategists: an AI-driven analytics and intelligence platform that bridges the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for educating clients on creative strategy and operationalizing their workflow to fill the current gap between performance and creative teams using Motion.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in high volume account management, client management, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company
- Resourceful, self-starting attitude, paired with endless curiosity and a genuine excitement to learn and teach
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Incorporates AI into daily workflow
- Exceptional organization and ambition
- Media buying/performance marketing experience, particularly in paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Youtube), in roles such as Growth Marketing Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing Manager, or Paid Social Specialist
