Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Motional's Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support technical hiring within the Autonomy Department. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ATS experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ year of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience/working with candidates and clients within Software Engineering functions
• ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred but not required)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong ability to screen candidates for interest level and high level details
• Strategic partner mindset with recruiting and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
