Talent Acquisition Sourcer responsible for developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or similar
- 5+ years of directly related recruiting experience of which 2+ years must be in a talent sourcing capacity
- Excellent problem solving, organization, communication and people skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office suite including Excel, word Outlook
- Familiarity and working knowledge with sourcing terminology - Boolean Searches, X-ray
