Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and delivery of customer-facing training
• Proven facilitation skills, with experience in leading virtual and classroom-based training sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple training initiatives concurrently
• Technical proficiency in industry-standard eLearning and content authoring tools
• Ability to travel up to 40% for onsite delivery of training
