As a Manager, Commercial Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for fast-growing accounts that sit between SMB and Mid-Market. You will shape and scale a global commercial sales team through coaching and structured processes. While the role is primarily remote, you will oversee Commercial Account Managers based in Pakistan and should be willing to travel periodically for strategic planning and in-person collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of international sales experience (US market strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of proven success in sales leadership (managing or mentoring teams), ideally in a tech or product-focused environment
- A strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills, effective at mid-tier transaction sizes
- Proficiency in pipeline management and holding teams accountable for accurate forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable motivating and directing a diverse commercial team
- A resourceful mentality, adept at thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous market conditions
