Job Description
The Sales Development Manager will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, generating qualified meetings, identifying and expanding sales opportunities, and contributing to the sales pipeline and closed business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of inside sales experience
- Proven ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool (preferred)
- Knowledge of Outreach or similar account development tool (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
