The Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator II will support timely, efficient, and successful scheduling for all MAHEC clinics while providing excellent patient experience. They will assist patients in preparing for their appointments by creating and managing patient accounts, verifying insurance and demographics, and ensuring proper paperwork has been completed. This role works directly with patients, reviewing electronic health records, determining referral status, and maintaining open lines of communication between referral teams, ordering providers, and offices.
