Movable Ink is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support its growing hiring needs. The ideal candidate will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams and locations, develop creative sourcing strategies, and manage candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role with international experience
- Proven record of independently managing a broad range of roles and collaborating at senior leadership levels
- Expertise in sourcing diverse and hard-to-fill roles using advanced techniques and tools
- Strong consultative and partnership skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of labor markets and recruiting trends, including global recruiting compliance and cultural nuances
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Gem, Juicebox, or equivalent sourcing and recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic, scaling environment
- Strong attention to detail and high bar for excellence
