Job Description
As a Senior Talent Partner (Tech), you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and product disciplines, act as a trusted advisor to technology and product leaders, and deliver a first-class candidate experience. You'll use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process efficiency, and collaborate closely with your team to continually improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes
- Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
