MOZN is a leading Enterprise AI company seeking a Public Sector Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand the customer base in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to the public sector, and a strong understanding of AI, analytics, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience
• At least 3 years selling to the public sector (government or semi-government clients)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Background in AI, analytics, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions
• Proven track record in value-based selling, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in account management and customer success to ensure recurring business and strong client relationships
• Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
