Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, and visitors by overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety programs and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional - CSP, Associate Safety Professional - ASP)
• Minimum of X years of experience in safety management within a heavy industrial manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and risk management practices
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety programs and reducing incident rates
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and develop corrective action plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
