Director Internal Communications

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Director, Internal Communications to lead the execution of strategic communications and enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping the employee experience and delivering clear, compelling messaging to employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal, employee, HR, or corporate communications, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional writing and strategic messaging skills
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment across all levels
• Curious, adaptable self-starter who leverages AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience
