Requirements

• Provides substance abuse counseling and recovery skills training
• Participates in inmate orientation, educational and individual and process counseling groups
• Maintains accurate and complete case reports, records, and statistics necessary for the evaluation of the program
• Promote the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed
• Maintain accountability of staff, inmates, and property; adhere to safety practices
