Job Description
We are seeking a Specialist - Area Omnichannel.Commercial Operations to implement operational plans, performance standards, and partner and distributor management processes that drive effective distribution, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. The role involves managing channel partners and distributors to drive growth and superior customer experience, as well as ensuring the execution of commercial plans and managing partner relationships.
Requirements
- Portfolio-level planning aligned to segment and Consumer goals
- Execute sales, promotional, and visual merchandising strategies
- Manage partner relationships to drive acquisition, activation, and customer experience
- Forecast stock, POS, and merchandising material needs
- Supervise channel partner and distributor compliance
- Provide technical, procedural, and policy guidance to staff
- Manage own performance and identify training needs
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement
