Job description
Provide technical support for users, install and configure hardware and software, and maintain computer inventory. Work with yearly IT budgets and monitor/maintain/support local networks. Collaborate with senior level network support personnel and client server specialists.
Answer user questions, resolve computer problems, provide hardware and software acquisition recommendations, install/configure/support LAN, maintain computer inventory, work with IT budgets, monitor/maintain/support local networks.
Must have technical skills, ability to work with hardware and software, and experience with LAN, Avaya phone systems, and ERP systems. Opportunity for growth and autonomy in a dynamic IT environment.
