Multiverse Computing is hiring a VP of Sales for its AI/LLM product portfolio. The role involves defining go-to-market strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales organization, and partnering with product, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue and enterprise adoption.
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience
- 7+ years in senior leadership (VP or equivalent) roles
- Proven record of generating $12M+ in annual revenue through enterprise sales
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling to large corporates and blue-chip clients
- Previous experience in the AI industry and/or within top consulting firms
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior executives
- Analytical, data-driven, and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Strong operational discipline: forecasting, quota setting, CRM excellence, and pipeline hygiene
- Experience building and leading distributed, cross-functional teams and working closely with product and engineering counterparts
