Organisational Development Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available to join our Organisational Development team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave. As an Organisational Development Consultant, you will partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver priority organisational development and change initiatives aligned to the People Strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resources, business, or a related field (professional certification desirable).
• Experience delivering organisational development and/or change initiatives in a complex environment.
• Sound knowledge of organisational development principles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate insights into practical outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
