IT Support Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated IT Support Analyst to join our internal helpdesk team. In this deskside support role, you will deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to employees across the West Coast, from our Salem, OR office. You will handle complex issues, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our employees.

What You Will Do

Provide deskside and remote technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, following ITIL best practices where applicable.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a / deskside / desktop support in a Microsoft Windows based small to medium sized business environment
• Strong customer service skills and experience, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts
• Working knowledge of identity management systems (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Experience writing and using scripts to automate routine tasks
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
• Valid driver’s license and willingness and ability to travel 10–15% within the United States
