Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst to manage campaign execution, testing, and optimization across Google Display Network, YouTube, and select DSPs. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—able to interpret performance data while also developing hooks, ad copy, and creative angles that convert.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Display/Video/Search campaigns with significant budgets ($250k+/mo preferred)
- Direct experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or other regulated verticals strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks (hooks, CTAs, thumbnails, landing page variants)
- Deep understanding of A/B test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and results interpretation
