Requirements
- Relevant training for the position, preferably with a hotel school background
- Proven experience in the position on tourist cruises and/or hotel and/or restaurant
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety
- Domination of national and international cuisine, with an emphasis on Portuguese and international dishes
- Good knowledge of English (essential requirement), with value placed on knowledge of German
- Active participation in monthly physical inventories
- Availability to embark on the Douro River during the cruise season
- Ability to cooperate and provide mutual support in the division of tasks on board the hotel ship
- Competence in the execution of loading, control, and verification of incoming raw materials
