Quality Engineer

Tier I Automotive Supplier Company seeks a Quality Engineer to promote continuous improvement in environmental and safety issues, develop and maintain a defect prevention system, and conduct in-plant and product audits. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Engineering or Business, 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality, and familiarity with problem-solving tools.

Requirements

• Four year degree in Engineering or Business field
• Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing can be substituted for 4 year degree requirement
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment or quality field
• Familiar with problem solving tools such as 8D, 3Legged, 5Why, or any other such tools
• Ability to use personal computer for day to day business
