As a Solutions Engineer, Associate at PayTrace, you will be the technical bridge between our Sales team and our Merchants, Partners, and ISVs. You’ll dive deep into pre-sales discovery to understand unique business needs and design technical solutions that leverage the full power of the PayTrace platform.
Technical Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales team during the discovery phase to provide technical expertise and ensure our products align with prospective client needs. Solution Architecture: Develop and propose tailored integration solutions based on specific merchant requirements, acting as the subject matter expert on PayTrace products and services.
We value hands-on experience and industry knowledge over specific degree requirements for this role. 3+ years of professional experience within a Payment setting (Gateway, Processor, or Merchant Services). Customer-Facing: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or support-adjacent capacity.
