Job Description
Affinity is a relationship intelligence CRM that transforms how deal teams source opportunities, manage pipelines, and accelerate deal flow. As a Solutions Engineer, you will translate Affinity's platform capabilities into clear narratives for PE and VC deal teams and ensure every proof of concept, integration, and technical conversation moves a deal forward.
Requirements
- Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or financial services
- 1+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales role
- Fluency in SSO and IDP technologies (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
- Experience navigating InfoSec questionnaires and compliance conversations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong discovery instincts and comfort with value-based selling frameworks
