Job Description
Nabis is seeking a Vice President of People to lead its People function end-to-end. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in HR/People roles, especially in logistics, distribution, and manufacturing companies. The VP will be responsible for employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and systems management, as well as building a strong team and partner with warehouse and logistics leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years in HR/People roles
- Direct experience supporting hourly and warehouse workforces at scale
- Multistate compliance experience
- Operator first, strategist second
- Executive presence to match
- Builder mindset
- Hands-on recruiting chops
- Tech-fluent
- Comfortable with high autonomy and ambiguity
