Corporate Counsel

This is an opportunity for a relatively junior attorney to become a valued member of a small in-house legal department supporting a dynamic, well-established services company.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Bar Association (or ability to obtain reciprocity admission)
• 4-6 years' work experience as an attorney, with prior law firm (or equivalent) and/or in-house experience
• Client counseling experience required
• Experience with employment law preferred
• One or more of the following desired: insurance, construction, compliance, commercial contracts, international, energy and litigation
