Research Fellow (Materials Science/ Chemical Engineering/ Physics)

The NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is seeking a Research Fellow to characterize and analyze thin composite materials and thin film coatings. The selected candidate will support the development and optimization of plasma-based PVD and CVD processes and lead independent investigations.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field
• At least 2 years of combined specialized post-doctoral experience in industry or a recognized research institute
• Extensive research experience in the characterization of thin film coatings, with a strong emphasis on semiconductor or relevant characterization techniques
• Effective collaboration skills in multidisciplinary settings
