Research Fellow (Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering)

The NTU-NTI Corporate Laboratory is seeking a Research Fellow to innovate research in advanced materials, focusing on AI-driven techniques and materials characterization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced simulation (ANSYS/COMSOL) and a broad range of material characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, etc.).
• Proven experience with semiconductor processes, including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
• Strong background in reliability testing and quality assurance protocols.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to support design and analysis efforts.
• Experience in providing administrative support for research projects and grants, with excellent project management and communication skills.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to independent learning and problem-solving, capable of addressing complex research challenges.
