Research Fellow (Materials Science/ Chemical Engineering/ Physics)

The NTU-NTI Corporate Laboratory is seeking a Research Fellow to deposit and characterize oxide/nitride and other types of thin composite materials and thin film coatings. The selected candidate will operate and optimize PVD and CVD plasma-based processes, conduct independent research, and utilize data analysis software and simulation tools.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field
• At least 2 years of combined specialized post-doctoral experience in industry or a recognized research institute
• Extensive research experience in the characterization of thin film composite coatings
