Maintenance Technician-Larry Moore

The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper operation, safety, and upkeep of senior housing facilities, performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs, and supervising junior staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; vocational training preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (residential/senior housing preferred)
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
