Primary Care - Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner - Sandusky, Ohio

At Your Door: Visiting Healthcare Services/National Church Residences is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to work in Sandusky, Ohio area and surrounding communities. This is a PRN position with PTO and FLEXIBLE HOURS. Increased salary also available with productivity and benefits to be discussed upon interview.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a nurse practitioner certification.
• Minimum of two years as an RN in a health care setting.
• Current Ohio RN License and Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
