Primary Care - Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner position available in Toledo, Ohio area, offering autonomy, flexible hours, and potential for full-time employment with growth opportunities. Your Door: Visiting Healthcare Services/National Church Residences seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide nursing care services to residents/clients in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a nurse practitioner certification.
- Minimum of two years as an RN in a health care setting.
- Current Ohio RN License and Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
