Job Description
As a Nursing Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is optimally staffed, developing and maintaining nursing staff schedules, and handling scheduling conflicts. You will work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment and make a meaningful impact on the care of residents and the morale of the team.
Requirements
- CNA License required
- Experience as a scheduler in a Healthcare or Long-Term Care setting is highly valued
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills
- Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
