Job Description
Bloomfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional care to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting, with strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
