Unit Manager (RN)

As a Unit Manager (RN), you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit, ensuring quality care and a positive work environment. You will lead a team of nurses and support staff, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.

Requirements

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
